Our retained HR packages give you ongoing, proactive support that grows with your organisation. Choose the level that fits your needs — from Limelite Launch to help you get started with essential templates and contracts, Limelite Assist for regular HR advice and ongoing guidance, or up to Limelite Elevate for fully comprehensive HR partnership and strategic input. Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG)

No commitment – just expert support when you need it. Great for adhoc advice and support like investigations or grievances. Just get in touch when the need arises and pay per hour.

Bank of hours

Purchase a block of hours to use whenever you need HR advice or assistance. Ideal if you want consistent help without a monthly plan – it offers flexibility, giving you peace of mind that expert help is always available.
